S4YA Ep 13 – The Four of Us Are Dying

Paul, owner of the @thenightgallery twitter account and the web site, “Shadow and Substance”, joins me to talk about George Clayton Johnson’s first major contribution to the show, “The Four of Us Are Dying”.

Paul is, in my estimation, an expert on Serling’s works and it shows. After we recorded this episode, Paul and I spoke for another 40-50 minutes about Twilight Zone, Night Gallery and Rod Serling’s other endeavors and he recommended aswatch of additional material to use for a deeper insight into the man and his work. Additionally, Paul’s website is a wonderful and thoughtful source of information dedicated to all things Serling.

Paul is a stalwart professional and I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciated his taking the time to come on the show! If you’re interested in hearing more from Paul, be sure to check him out on Twitter @TheNightGallery. If you’d like to read some outstanding write-ups, including his “Serling’s Re-Zoning Efforts” article on the differences in George Clayton Johnson’s original short story and Rod Serling’s teleplay, be sure to head over to Shadow and Substance!

Dean DeFalco

Creator of Websites, editor of content, wearer of vests. This man is said to be "The Jack of All Trades".  Dean has his hands in most parts of the website one way or another. The original incarnation of Geekade, "G33k Life", was Dean's brainchild. While Dean can be found on a number of shows like when he was the former co-host of the Stone Age Gamer Podcast or the current host Vest and Friends or talking about video games on YouTube and Twitch, he is the guy behind the scenes making sure that the site does everything it's supposed to every one else can do their job. There's not a problem he can't solve.....or at least punch and scream at until it doesn't exist anymore.
