Geekade at ACBC 2016 Recap

Back in May, Geekade spent some time at Atlantic City Boardwalk Con, and we had a blast. We met some great cosplayers, artists, vendors, and more, and we’ve got the video evidence to prove it. If you haven’t checked these out on our YouTube page, we went ahead and gathered them all for you here in one convenient place. Enjoy!

First, We met up with BE Cosplay while we were at Atlantic City Boardwalk Con and had a blast asking them the “hard hitting questions”.

We hung out with Brian Motter, the creator of great games like Bear vs Gorilla vs CEO vs Hippie and Battle of the Electric Vikings. He was nice enough to let us play Bear vs Gorilla vs CEO vs Hippie with him and his prized possession, a basket of fried chicken.

We challenged the very talented Jess Schultz to our Artventure Challenge. Check out the awesome results in the video!

A gentleman named Bat-Dave showed us all his sweet rides.

Kris stopped by the Parfections booth to deliver some hard hitting questions and salivate over their delicious products!

Dean interviewed a very convincing Ron Swanson cosplay.

We interviewed this excellent cosplaying duo of Captain America and Agent Carter.

Finally, not even the Dean “The Vest Lord” DeFalco can face the pure fear that is Father Evil!

Dean DeFalco

Creator of Websites, editor of content, wearer of vests. This man is said to be "The Jack of All Trades".  Dean has his hands in most parts of the website one way or another. The original incarnation of Geekade, "G33k Life", was Dean's brainchild. While Dean can be found on a number of shows like when he was the former co-host of the Stone Age Gamer Podcast or the current host Vest and Friends or talking about video games on YouTube and Twitch, he is the guy behind the scenes making sure that the site does everything it's supposed to every one else can do their job. There's not a problem he can't solve.....or at least punch and scream at until it doesn't exist anymore.
