Really enjoyed this. Hopefully you guys give Schala’s theme/Corridors of Time plenty of airtime — might be my favorite video game songs of all time; great thinking/studying/ready/working music.

    This is great.

I suspect that Chrono Trigger would benefit from the same treatment recently given to the Xenogears vinyl. That is, a selection of tracks presented first in their originally recording, followed by the same tracks reinterpreted.

There’s such a rich history of reworkings at OverClocked ReMix, I couldn’t decide whether all the reinterpreted tracks ought to be orchestral, or remixed version.

(You folks think you’ll ever do episodes on FFVI, Xenogears, or Vagrant Story?)

    Looking forward to episode 2.

      Thanks for the feedback!
Chrono trigger would absolutely be awesome done up in that style. And I’d like the remixes to be all over the place, not just orchestral. Though honestly, I’ll take whatever. I’m not picky.
As for future episodes, FFVI will definitely happen someday. Probably not too soon, but it’s on my list. Xenogears is in a similar boat, but that’s probably further off, and I’ve never actually played Vagrant Story. But I’ll look into that one. We have a rough outline for the rest of the year, but you never know when we’ll just throw that out for the heck of it.
      Thanks for listening!
