WILW: YES! YES! YES!

Daniel Bryan is back. Somehow WWE doctors have finally, after two long years, cleared him to return to in-ring action. The caveat is that apparently he will be undergoing tests after every physical interaction backstage with WWE doctors, but it doesn’t matter. He’s back. And while I am excited for all of us because we get to now dream of Bryan vs Nakamura, or Styles, or Black, or Almas, or Gargano, or any number of big time matches, I am even more excited for him. Watching him leave the ring was like watching an artist lose their hands. It meant that much to him and it was heartbreaking. To be given a second chance, that’s all we can ask. I cannot do it justice however, so check the video below. Let Bryan tell you himself. And then start dreaming. Make sure to check back next week as we should be back on track going forward. Make sure to follow me on twitter and instagram, @geekadedan for more good stuff.

Dan Ryan

Dan Ryan was once the most feared and respected luchador in the world until the "Great DDT Disaster of '85" where Dan unfortunately DDT'd his opponent so hard into the ground that he opened a gate to the underworld that let unholy things into this world. After that, Dan refused to wrestle anymore but he's found new life writing and talking about his favorite hobbies here at Geekade. He pens the weekly Why I Love Wrestling series, co-hosts The Stone Age Gamer Podcast, expertly pairs video games with beer, and much, much more. Dan is a personality that Geekade simply would not be the same without.
