WILW: Match of the Year

This was a tough one. A really tough one. There were so many contenders this year. The Osprey v Ricochet match, O’Reilly v Cole, Nakamura v Zayn, AJ v Cena, Ziggler v Miz, and many, many more. In an otherwise horrible, terrible, no good rotten year, wrestling was great. For my money though, the MOTY was between the current, as of this writing, NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura and the current, again as of this writing, WWE World Champion AJ Styles from Wrestle Kingdom 10. This match is not just match of the year but one of the top ten I have ever seen. It has absolutely everything you could want in a wrestling match.
