growing up in the south: segregation is still a real thing. i thought white people only existed on tv cause they werent at my school save for a few teachers who didnt even live in my town. then i found out when i got older that the “christian” school was really an all white private school………and all the white folks live waaaaaay out east near the golf courses. so as an adult this stuff doesnt shock me anymore, i lived it
I grew up and live in the northeast in a predominantly white neighborhood but have learned to love diversity as I’ve grown. It baffles me that there is still this kind of ignorance in 2019, and sad that you grew up experiencing it.
YAY! great job patty. all those comics in two days? told you you were best girl!
She says: Thanks! I have to work hard to retain that title
he said the word penance in generation x and i forget what issue but he (gateway) had a full telepathic conversation with bishop when it was revealed he is bishop’s grandfather. after researching it was in x-treme x-men 04
Thanks for the info! I remember that “Penance” thing now but I honestly don’t think I ever read X-Treme X-Men…oops lol
A new episode of Mutant Musings is just like new comic day, it’s great every single time.
Thank you, kind sir!
