    It might be because of the passwords that the song for Dunhuang Ruins is also often named Juba Ruins?

    The passwords for this game are:
    2 JUBA RUINS
    3 HARAPPA RUINS
    4 GANDHARA RUINS
    5 MOHENJO DARO
    (Press CTRL at the intro screen, enter the password, and hit Enter)

    Looks like Dunhuang is a city along the southern route along the Taklamakan Desert of one of the Silk Roads. Juba however is the capital and largest city of South Sudan, though is also listed on Wikipedia’s list of cities along the Silk Road.

    When playing the game as a kid, I never realised it referenced actual cities. 🙂
