A mob heist movie featuring a lawyer, a pornographer, a strip club manager, and a bar owner, that takes place on Christmas Eve? I’m in. The Ice Harvest is a dark comedy to be sure. It’s funny, but not in a way that will have you feeling good about the things you laughed at. The actors in this flick, Cusack and Thornton especially, deliver some of their best work. There are tons of twists and turns in this movie and each one is more enjoyable than the last. The fact that there is a somewhat happy ending is just icing on the cake. I love this film. Words really fail this film. It needs to be seen. It is honestly an overlooked gem and a wonderful Christmas movie.

The original incarnation of Geekade, "G33k Life", was Dean's brainchild. While Dean can be found on a number of shows like when he was the former co-host of the Stone Age Gamer Podcast or the current host Vest and Friends or talking about video games on YouTube and Twitch, he is the guy behind the scenes making sure that the site does everything it's supposed to every one else can do their job. There's not a problem he can't solve.....or at least punch and scream at until it doesn't exist anymore.
