Marvel maliciously mistreating mutants?

Marvel currently appears to be giving other titles increasing attention while promotion for the X-Men seems to be decreasing. The publisher is currently in the process of a story that will reboot its entire line of comic books, and certain clues, rumors, and facts seem to suggest that the X-Men’s presence in the Marvel Universe is on the decline.

Right now I’m typing this with one hand (get your minds out of the gutter) because in my other hand I hold something extremely dear to me (again, out of the gutter.  Stop making this uncomfortable for the both of us). Welcome to the D-List: Troll

A keen eye for good fashion.

Gunna Sijurvald is a half-troll and half-Asgardian girl first introduced in “Thunderbolts” Vol. 1 #145, cover-dated August 2010. At this time in the series’ history, the team, led by heroes Luke Cage and Songbird, consisted of villains Ghost, Moonstone, Crossbones, and Juggernaut. When the criminals were not behind bars, they were tasked with serving the greater Marvel Universe in a heroic capacity. In Gunna’s introductory issue, the Thunderbolts were assigned with apprehending a group of Magzi Trolls after it was reported that these “hobbits” (as Juggernaut so affectionately calls them) had been eating humans.

Creative Freedom

I assure you, they can do much more than write or draw -insert famous super-hero name here

As a child, I never paid much attention to the creators’ names printed inside of the comics that I collected each week. I was more interested in the characters within the books than who was responsible for their plight (wait, those characters are fictional?). As an adult, I pay close attention to the writers and artists that work on the books that I’m reading and have come to appreciate the work put into each title.
